Phillip Schlechty Center for School Transformation

Schlechty Center Website
The Schlechty Center is focused on leadership in school reform through the transformation of "classrooms, schools, and school districts from places focused on compliance to those focused on engagement."

Phillip Schlechty's utilizes the action of metamorphosis as an analogy of school reform.  By definition, reform is to from it over again.  Schools don't need reformed, they need to be transformed.  Like a caterpillar is transformed to a butterfly.  It is moved from one form to another. Learn more of school transformation by watching the video 'Phillip Schlechty on School Transformation.'
